Suggestions / Re: tournament idea

What I would do is lower the amount of chips each player receives ($1,500 or so).  After the first hour or hour and a half (next color up); let them do an add-on for the same price and the same amount of chips.  The pot will increase and the players will not feel like one person will have an advantage.

Scotty K,

That's a great job.  I like how you put that together over night.
Once again, Great job.

If I did that, it would take me more than day.

Help Me / Re: Multiple screens
« on: October 20, 2008, 07:27:08 PM »
I do the same thing; two screens.  I have a laptop and an external monitor but all I do is connect the laptop to the external monitor with a VGA cable.  You can get them at any Fry's Electronic stores and with lengths up to 50 feet.  I hope I understand your situation and this helps.

If you open the clock cell, you can change the font color for the clock by changing the foreground.

It would be easier if I e-mail you the zip file and you download that...the zip file will have the blinds, layouts, and sound.  I'll e-mail you the file.  Once you unzip it, just place the file in the proper folders.

I like it.  What do you think about changing the color on the white font?
I think it blends in with the wood background but it might look different on the screen then a photo attachment.
I thought the first one you did was great.  Keep up the good work.  I really like seeing the different images.

General Discussion / Re: Formula - Is this possible?

Just one guys opinion:

I don't think you need to change your hit points. Even if one person has busted out before the rebuy period, he is still out of the game until he rebuys.  Therefore, by the end of the night, he/she will have busted out at least twice.  So I think, whoever knocked that person out deserves the point, whether it's the first time or the last.  The person re-buying is getting another change to win the pot, so the hitman deserve the point no matter when the bust out occured.

Once again, just one guys opinion
