Title: Layout Screen: Antes and Stakes

I am setting up a H.O.R.S.E. tournament and I can't get the "antes" and "stakes" button to become active, or at least get rid of the line through it.  I've tried playing with the settings but nothing helps and I couldn't find this posted here.  No re-buys or add-ons, all games are limit format.  What do I need to do?

For the included layouts, the "Ante" cell becomes visible when the ante is non-zero.  The "Stakes" cell becomes visible when the game type is Limit.  Likewise for the "Next Ante" and "Next Stakes" cells.

If you want them to always be visible, you'll need to edit the cells, and for each Property Group, make sure the "Display" checkbox is checked.
