Summary time stamp is wrong

Just noticed the time stamps for all actions are two hours behind.  The current time displayed is correct, yet the game summary shows everything occuring two hours earlier.  Is there anyway I can change this to the already completed game?  I want to export the results with all time stamps included.

Settings window -> Players tab - > Time Shift button
