Title: So, How come it's back?
Post by: T-Bone on May 12, 2012, 07:58:58 AM
This problem was fixed some time ago with a patch. Suddenly this morning it's back. Something change?

What version of the software are you using?  What patch level?  Go to the Preferences tab and press the "Patch Info" button.

3.1.1 patch level 2.

That's very strange, since it was fixed directly in the code in version 3.1.1.  I can't make it do this in 3.1.1.  I'll keep trying.  If you can think of anything else that might be relevant, please share.

Best of my knowledge nothing's changed...with the possible exception of Microsoft's Super-Duper Tuesday patches!

So, was it a one-time thing, or do you continue to get it?  What about with this particular tournament?  Are you unable to override the recipient for this prize?  Because if so, send me that tournament file so I can look into it.

Continuing to get the error. Cannot override recipient for this prize in any tournament. Surely not related, but when the problem appeared I also had a problem with my extended display...first time ever...entire screen was moved down cutting off prize information. I finally fixed it by manually moving/adjusting the screen. That has never happened before. Coincidence? Probably, but thought I'd let you know.
