Hey Corey, not sure if you wanted this posted here or in the Beta forum but tonight I noticed my background would blink/fade when changing from breaks to the next level. I'm using 3.2b4

I understand about the points Corey, no prob. But the ICM money chop is something that would def help.

I think the points chop screen would need to pulll some tourney info such as the points for playing formula, number of players in tourney, & number of players left so it can calculate what the default points would be.

Lets say I'm using the following points for playing formula:

10*(SQRT(n/r))-5

34 players in the tourney and when it gets down to the final 4 they want to ICM chop money and points.

Player 1 has 23000 in chips
Player 2 has 25000 in chips
Player 3 has 12000 in chips
Player 4 has 40000 in chips

Based on my points for playing formula, the total base points for the players left are 142.36 (these points do not include any additional points that would be awareded for knockouts, rebuys, or anything else):

1st would normally get 53.31
2nd would normally get 36.23
3rd would normally get 28.67
4th would normally get 24.15

From there you enter in the chip counts and do an ICM chop as normal.

Hey Corey do you think it will be possible to add the ICM chop model that will enable us to chop the Points for Playing, not prize points. I know now if you want to change the points awarded for playing you have to do so in the Players tab and use the Edit Game Player window, kind of a pain if you have a multiway chop.

Thanks.

Ok, any particular reason for not being able to delete the other Rakes?

I don't know if this is normal but under the preferences tab I selected Rakes and when I right click on a Rake that was added from a previous TD version, the delete option is grayed out. If I right click on a Rake that was added from the current version (3.2b3) I am able to delete the selected rake.

How about adding an ICM chop option. Most tourneys these days are chopped using the ICM method. It would also be nice if we could chop ranking points this way too.

I just tried it in XP with IE8 and I see the status colors.  Have you tried modifying them using the Preferences button on the Players tab?

Ok, I found out what I was doing wrong. The Status column was missing, for some reason I was thinking the name column text changed color.. Were the columns that were selected to be seen on the Players tab reset when the beta was installed? I don't remember removing the status tab.

Thanks and sorry,

Chuck

They work for me.  In fact, this hasn't changed since it was introduced in version 3.  What version of IE are you using?

I'm using IE 8. Windows XP SP3.

Beta Testing / Possible bugs in 3.2 beta 3???

Tonight I ran my monthly tourney and here are a few things I noticed:

(Sorry if these are known bugs)

Game Tab - When clicking on the Rake button under the Buy In header, when the popup window opens the header reads Rebuy Rake.

Players Tab - The Player Status Attributes do not seem to be working. None of the color attributes were working.

Suggestion:

Tables Tab - Add the ability to right click on an unseated player and have the option to randomly seat them at a specific table, and have the option to randomly seat them at any table.

Thanks,

Chuck

Click on the "Live Tourney Updates" button. Tourney starts at 6:30pm est, expecting 25-30 players.

Changing font options for the rankings token does not do anything. Seems to be using a default.
