Title: Let it Ride Bonus

Does anyone know where I can find the (exact) layout for the game "Let it Ride Bonus"? I have searched the web for the exact layout consisting of the 3 card bonus circle and the $1 bonus bet and can't find even a picture of it anywhere. I know Shufflemaster has it registered/trademarked but you'd think there was a photo of one somewhere! I am a big fan of the game and I would love to have a replica of the layout on felt so I can build a tabletop for it. If not, I can draw it out by hand (with some help!). I would prefer to have a pre-made layout, but worse come to worse, I can do it myself. Can anyone help me out?

It's a .pdf file that not only has the rules of the game, but also a full-fledged picture of the layout that you'll be able to magnify.
