Title: transfering jpeg to png or gif

i have a folder of images of my poker chips....there in jpeg...i need them transfered to gif or png so they have transparent back grounds...anyone capable of doing it....would appreicate it... ;)

You will need a graphics application to do this, like Paintshop Pro, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Publisher, etc.  How to do that will depend on which program you have.  I suggest you take a look at what programs you have and then Google "make image background transparent" and the program you own and see what you find.
