Help Me / Vista

Run first tourney last night on new laptop.

Had 2 big probs,

1,  half way through vist (windows) locked, black screen came on with some faults
had to switch laptop off and reboot,  ANY IDEA'S ?.

2  Every time a event happened with a sound the fault below came up, ANY IDEA'S.




Apaer from that it run fine

New laptop


loaded Td, transferred all players,leagues and games, now stats will not work, any idea's ?.

stats page,

tourneys found: 243

tourneys loaded: 231

tourneys filtered: 231

players filtered: o     

leagues filtered: 6

have i copied the players over wrong ?.

i exported then imported.

I will be downloading TD, anyone know any probs that I might encounter ?.

What do I back up to put on new pc.

How do I put it on new pc,

Help Me / blind structure

Any help please.

I have 200 players, starting chips 6000

I need to play these down to last 50, i need this to last about 6 hours.

Then the last 50 (next day) to last about 4 or 5 hours.

Any idea's ?

Suggestions / Autosave

When setting up my tourney's, usually well before, I only have a 10 seater, I select auto save
When my tourney is set up are most of it is set up I save it away.
Later on when I recall the tourney the auto save is de selected.

Be nice if the auto save stayed selected on tourney you have selected it on.

Not sure weather you can do this now or not.

In stats you have all the things you can select, a cost v winnings would be nice.

So players can see the full cost and the full winnings. I know there is total cost and total
winnings, could have a column for total cost minus total winnings.

Not sure if this is TD or my pc.

Only happens in TD though.

When I am in stats, select my filter then refresh tourneys this comes up (see pic attached)

Help Me / Rules

Just a quickie, I have gone through Roberts rules but still cant find a clear answer, can anybody help ?.

If a player cant make the big blind, IE small blind = 5000, big blind = 10000. but the player at big blind is all in for 7500.
what is the next players bet ?. Must he make up the bet to 10000 or does he call the 7500 ?.

A screen blip as appeared evry time I open TD, SEE PIC, a little blue rectangle.
It stays on every page, If I click on it, it gives a choice to move or close, any ideas ?.

Hi Corey.

This question might seem a bit strange, but there are reasons.

Is it possible to make the big and smal blinds to read words instesd of numbers.

So instead of 25 and 50, it would say "blue and red.

Hi Corey

Just thought it would be nice to be able to pick several leagues when picking filter in stats, this might already be possible
and I have not seen it.

Some players are interested in how they are performing in several leagues but are not interested in some.

So if I have 5 or 6 leagues, it would be great if I could pick four of them with any league and any player.

Hi guys

I need help again with the rules.

Whats the rule when a player plays out of turn ?

ie, He says "call" then someone says "not your turn", then the person who's turn it is goes all in, must the player then call
that all in ?.
Or is it played out of turn, wait and decide what to do when its your turn.

I need to make a rule for us on this. cos when this happens there is a bit of arguing.

Help Me / Betting structure

Hi Guys

This might seem a silly question to you lot, but I need to sort this out and need help.
In no limit Texas Hold'em what is the betting structure.
We are confused about the amount a person can raise, if the blinds are 500 and 1000 can a player raise to 1200 (a raise of 200)
or must he raise 1000 so his bet is 2000.
I have searched the net and mostly found on line poker sites who seem to differ on this.
It might be that the rules for that table is what can be played.
If any body knows the official rules I would be very greatfull.
This is probably one of the only things TD does not do for you, What a fantastic program this is.

Help Me / screen changing

Hi Guys

A numpty here with a shout for help.

I have set up 3 screens main,pre and pro, the main is to run throughout the tournament, thr pre is just the seating chart to run before the start and the pro is at the games end, showing the ranking.

When I run a test on these, they are not working, i think its cos the screens are locked, i use ctr L, this unlocks them and they seem to work.
But everytime I reset the tourny they are locked again.
I have tried to save the layouts but when i bring them back in they are locked again.
Is there some way of unlocking them as default ?.
