suggest rounds
« on: October 21, 2009, 02:00:16 PM »
"In order for TD to suggest a rounds shedule for you, you first need to configure the chips that will be used"
it says when i try to use the built in feature in the program. Fair enough.

I load my chips template and TD calculates a shedule after my specifications just fine. The problem is that TD want me to use the 25 chip (25-50) in the first round even though I don't use it. My chips are 100-500-1000-5000, which is stipulated in my chips template. Is this a bug or have I missed something?
Shouldn't the program use my designated chips when I want TD to create a rounds shedule?

You have a $25 chip but you don't use it, yet it is in your set of chips?  Why don't you remove it?

The schedule suggestion tool is far from perfect.  It really is supposed to provide you a progression rate so your tournament gets to a point at which the tournament should end (soon) in the time limit you supply.  You will likely need to tweak the suggested blinds a bit to make them more to your liking.
