Continuing to get the error. Cannot override recipient for this prize in any tournament. Surely not related, but when the problem appeared I also had a problem with my extended display...first time ever...entire screen was moved down cutting off prize information. I finally fixed it by manually moving/adjusting the screen. That has never happened before. Coincidence? Probably, but thought I'd let you know.

This problem was fixed some time ago with a patch. Suddenly this morning it's back. Something change?

Thanks, Magic Man. I fixed the problem although I'm not 100% sure I found the problem! First I thought it might be the free visual HTML editor I use so I edited w/Notepad. Same problem...so I put the <salesperson> tag back in (I had replaced with firstname, lastname) and it went away. Was that the problem? I don't know but it's working now.

I edited receipt template to add player name. Can't seem to figure out where extraneous characters (arrow) are coming from. I don't want to print receipts just use them as doublecheck when the money's short--as it was last game--so it really is no big deal. Any ideas or solutions?

Uh, oh...this no longer works. Ran first tournament of the year and manually awarded the hit leader prize with no problem. Upgraded to 3.1 and when I attempted to award the prize after last night's game, here's what I get: (see attachment).
