Hopefully none.  The move is largely symbolic.  They can't salvage the Internet Explorer name, no matter what they do.  IE is a pretty solid browser these days, but the connotation the name carries with it just can't be overcome.  IE's plumbing will remain in Windows, which should mean the TD will continue to be able to take advantage of it.  There are lots of Windows interfaces that still utilize the IE plumbing, so removing it would mean a lot of work.  Plus, they still intend to support corporate code that still relies on IE6.  The new IE will still be IE, but with a new name.

What would be awesome is if they finally updated that plumbing to allow for applications like the TD to take advantage of HTML5.
