Problem with ü when exporting to HTML
« on: September 22, 2006, 03:42:58 PM »
One of the players at my table has the nick Günther. (with a German ü ) The stats in the exported HTML document shows him as G? but the program can handle his nick everywhere else. It´s no big deal really, but it would look better if the HTML document could handle it. Is it something I can do?

Not sure why you're seeing that, but when I export, my u has an umlaut.  This is part of Microsoft's extended ASCII, so it isn't even a question of UTF-8 or Unicode, I don't think.  Obviously your browser is configured to display properly (you did post the ü after all).  I would tend to think it's a configuration issue on your PC, but I really don't know.  Sorry.
