players rankings layout

hello,

i' m a new member frm french west indies (guadeoupe).

I try to add collums to players rankings layout as in help but I don't know how to save my changes !!?
same problem if I choose a picture.

there is no save button

As you noted, these settings are part of the "layout".  Therefore, if you save the tournament, they are saved along with it.  You can also save the layout separately as a template from the Layout tab.

i tried this, but it doesn't work.

when i'm in layout , i choose others properties , then players ranking page, I add collums and picture and I close the window.
if i come back in others properies no changes were save !

same thing if after having closed the windows i save the layout or the tournment

Close the window how?  By pressing the OK button?  After you press the OK button (or the Apply button), the changes you've made in the dialog are then made to the Layout.

If you make changes, do the changes take effect on the Player Rankings page?

in the screen set the name of the layout is :  (system) player rankings

Check your system font sizes.  Technically your system should not be able to change the font sizes of the Tournament Director, but apparently it does in some cases.  Many of the Tournament Director dialogs are designed to be a certain, specific size, and increasing the font size will affect this design.  Most of the dialogs will self-correct if the font size is changed - they might look funny, but should still be functional.  A few dialogs, with the "Other Layout Properties" dialog being one of them, don't self-correct, so your larger font size is pushing the buttons off of the bottom of the dialog.  I've fixed this already for the next version (2.2.1), but in the meantime I suggest reducing the system font size.
