Title: Currency

I would like an option to use a different currency symbol for prizes, e.g. £, or even no currency symbol at all on the display for chips.

The currency symbol can be changed on the Preferences tab.  But it is the same for chips as it is for money.  You can also turn it off for chip amounts.
