Help Me / Re: Rake in %
« on: June 08, 2007, 10:03:16 AM »
You can always set up one of your prizes as this percentage and call it what you want.  You do this on the Prizes tab and name it "House" or whatever you want.  You will probably want to un-check "display" (right click and choose option) for this prize so it will not be displayed on the tournament screen.  Everyone knows there is a house rake, but it is often better not to flaunt the amount.   ;D

Nope.....still doesn't work! :'(  I changed the title height and width to 0 and 0 and I still get the same white bars down each side of the middle column.  Do you have a wide screen display you can try my layout with?

Corey,

I went back and checked my cells and they are already set to 0 (heigth and width).  I am not sure if I am missing something or what?

Corey,

The auto adjust function doesn't work well for me.   ???  I still have the vertical white bars on each side of my middle column.  I have played with the font size and this makes it better (with exception of when my timer gets below the 10 min mark).  Here is my layout.....

Oh well........it was worth a shot.  I think your time would be better spent on other bells and whistles.

I like the idea becuase I sometimes use my laptop (which is a wide screen) and other times use a regular external monitor (which is much bigger).

General Discussion / Wide Screen Displays??

This has probably been covered before, but I can't seem to find anything about it.  I recently changed laptops and my screen is now a wide screen vs a regular screen.  Is there an easy way to adjust for this without having to resize everything?  Please help!!  ???

Check out this site..... www.pimpmypoker.com.  You can also build a table for about $300-400 using the following website as a guide, http://www.homepokertourney.com/tables_build.htm.  I have built 3 of my own and they turned out great.    8)

Suggestions / Re: Filtering tournaments
« on: June 12, 2006, 10:48:35 PM »
I would also like another way to filter tourneys/games.  I have all my games saved by the date.  When I filter all my games, it includes every one in the list.  Sometimes I would like to seperate big tourneys from weekly games.  Any suggestions.

Let the software do its job.  Random is the only fair way to go!  Announce that some players are concerned about collusion and then they know that they are at least being watched.  Then........... let the cards and play do the rest of the talking.  Better players will prevail in the long run.

You can't do this program justice by running it on a DVD.  Do yourself a favor and purchas a computer and buy the program.  It is money well spent!

Templates, Layouts and Sounds / Re: Looking for sound files
« on: March 22, 2006, 06:13:27 PM »
I might be doing something wrong, but I am having trouble with 2 sounds playing at the same time.  I have my tourney set up to play a "cash register" sound when someone rebuys and a "that's all folks" sound when a player busts out.  The problem is, TD picks up both sounds at the same time even though the player rebuys.  Corey......... am I doing something wrong?
