Suggestions / Re: Exporting to Statsgenie v3
« on: January 06, 2015, 01:46:10 PM »
I played around with the AllowRebuys="-1" & AllowAddOns="-1" setting them to 0 and 1.  It just toggles the indicator at StatsGenie off and on.  I think the amounts not showing must be a StatsGenie issue.  Thanks.

I am also noticing on the export to StatGenie3:

1)  Tournament type="TD v2" even though I have TD v3.3 installed

2)  Rebuy and Add-On amounts are in the the export but not showing on the StatsGenie end (this could be a StatsGenie issue)

<Tournament type="TD v2" League="Force Poker League" Season="2014" Name="Tournament #1" TournamentType="No Limit" TournamentGame="Texas Hold 'Em" Buyin="50" ShowBuyinByPlayer="1" RebuyAmount="50" AllowRebuys="-1" AddOnAmount="10" AllowAddOns="-1" BountiesAllowed="-1" TournamentStartDate="2014-01-10 19:00:01" TournamentEndDate="2014-01-10 23:54:26" TournamentComments="01/10/2014

3)  The export is not showing any buyins, rebuys or add ons in the tournament history.  It appears there are History lines created for those events, but the summary is blank.

Help Me / TD freezing
« on: April 06, 2014, 02:08:21 PM »
Running TD on a new MacBook Pro using Parallels 9.

Issue:  TD is freezing for up to 5 minutes.
Scenario:  I narrowed down to when in-tournament and the clock is running and I hit the game tab.  I do not see this issue on any other tabs, or when the clock is paused.
I am able to work-around this by avoiding hitting the game tab but still wanted to report it.

I wouldn't think it's a performance issue since it is a new MBP.

Thanks.

Help Me / Re: Column and row heights
« on: March 17, 2014, 04:58:17 PM »
In case anyone else hits this issue -

I tried to decrease the font in Windows but it would not take.  Since I am using a Retina MBP - which has an extremely high resolution, I had to change Parallels to manage the DPI of the Windows VM. You can do this under the Virtual Machine's configuration, Hardware, Video Options, and change "Best for Retina" to "Scaled".  Everything looks normal now.

Help Me / Column and row heights

Just loaded TD on my Mac using Windows 7 and all the columns and rows on the tabs are too small.  Is there a setting in TD to fix this?

General Discussion / Running TD on Mac
« on: March 15, 2014, 09:06:34 AM »
I just bought a MacBook Pro and trying to determine which is better option to run windows -  boot camp or parallels?  TD is the only app I need windows for.  I plan on doing dual screens using airplay.

Any Mac users out there that can provide feedback?

Suggestions / Previous and Next Levels controls
« on: December 06, 2013, 10:29:20 AM »
On the Controls tab, it would be nice to have a drop-down or some other way to go to a specific round instead of having to click thru previous or next.  For heads-up tournaments, we have 8 levels per round of matches and then reset back to level 1 for the next round of matches.  I know you can go to the Rounds tab and set a particular level as the current level, but it would be convenient to have a way to do it on the Controls tab, just like it is for the Screens.

Hey Corey, same thing is happening with the pointsFormula token.

Suggestions / Re: Buy-In Profile - Fee breakdown
« on: June 24, 2013, 04:22:15 PM »
That would work with no inconvenience at all.  Did not even think about just using an amount since I just do a percentage off the top.  Thanks for the responses!

Suggestions / Buy-In Profile - Fee breakdown
« on: June 21, 2013, 02:06:46 PM »
Love the new buy-in profiles.  I would like to suggest taking it a step further and breaking the fee up into multiple fee's.  For example, you create a new buy-in profile and within that you can create multiple fee's.  That way you could setup Fee #1 as the buy-in amount and have additional fee's for side bets like last longest.  Each fee would have it's own rake, so you could set up a side bet with no rake.

Buy-In Profile

Fee #1:  $50.00  Rake:  10%
Fee #2:  $10.00  Rake:    0%

With the current setup, you cannot create a new buy-in profile that includes side bets w/o also applying rake to those.

Help Me / Re: pointsforplaying token rounding off
« on: May 23, 2013, 03:12:48 PM »
I do not have an attribute for it defined.  Under Currency/Numbers, I have points precision set to 3, but it is still rounding.  For example, 1st place is worth 7.07 points, but it is displaying 7.00. Am I missing another preference?

Help Me / pointsforplaying token rounding off
« on: May 23, 2013, 02:46:33 PM »
I use the pointsforplaying token to display the possible points players can earn during the tournament.  I downloaded 3.2 today and now the points are rounding to the nearest whole number.  It was not doing this prior to downloading 3.2.  I have points and score precision set to 3.  Thanks.

General Discussion / Switch from PC to Mac
« on: May 23, 2013, 10:04:50 AM »
Considering a new computer purchase and thinking about making the switch from pc to a MacBook Air.  I have 6 years of TD files stored on the pc.  Will I be able to pull them into the Mac, i.e., be able to restore on the Mac from a pc-made backup?  I am assuming I could because TD uses it's own file extensions, but wanted to verify.  Thanks.

Help Me / Busts until Final Table
« on: February 01, 2013, 09:48:36 AM »
I want to display the number of busts needed until the final table.  I looked through the tokens and did not see one that would satisfy this.  Is there a way to derive this?

Templates, Layouts and Sounds / Re: Display Ranked Prizes
« on: January 14, 2013, 08:55:37 PM »
That does not work. I have prizes for 1st thru 4th and then a prize for Last Longest.  Instead of not displaying, it is showing the Last Longest amount.  I only want it to display if it is a ranked prize.
