Robert’s Rules of Poker link does not seem to be working. All others are working properly.

Yep, looks like the page moved or is gone.  I'll point it to HomePokerTourney.com's copy.

I would suggest to go with TDA rule also. It is becoming the lead in tournament ruling.

Which me and my team participate in the summit on 27-28 June 2013. Lots of new change and news rules that fix lots of problem in tourney.

I agree, and in fact looked for the rules but didn't seem to find them, which is why I added the copy of Robert's Rules from homepokertourney.com.  There is a link to the Poker TDA site already on the Links tab.  Looking at that site now it's very obvious where the rules are.
