Title: Create New Tournament

If I load up Version 3.2.b2 (beta release 3) and immediately hit
 “New”     
“Create a new tournament from scratch”
I get a message “Unable to load specified tournament as a template”
If I then hit
“New”
“Create a new tournament using the following saved tournament as a template:”
Select a tournament and it creates the new tournament just fine
If I then hit
“New”
“Create a new tournament from scratch”
The new tournament created will still be based on the template previously selected

Definitely not doing the right thing there.  Thanks for pointing this out.  I will check the other "New" buttons as well.
