Print Dialogue opens on Extended Display

hi all,

when buying players in using a receipt printer, the windows dialogue opens on the extended display, rather as the main display, despite open dialogues on main display being checked.

Anyone encountered this or know how to cure it?

Sorry, Stu, that's one dialog the program can't control.  In my tests, it seems to open in the same spot over and over, and always on my "main" display.
