Poker Table
« on: February 05, 2007, 09:25:23 AM »
Hey guys,

Just wanting you alls input. I am a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho frat, and we are buying a poker table with our emblem on it. We want to get the table and chairs for under $1800. Any nice places to find excellent tables, just let me know. Thanks.

2 table builders who are regular and respected members of Scott's Poker Table Forum:

http://www.dkpokertables.com/

http://www.bigslikpokertables.com/

They both build beautiful tables and both do custom poker cloths (logo's).

I would trust either of them to build me a table (except I build my own  :))

another idea might be to go to some casino's and see about used tables. you might get lucky because they will often have a number of collapsible poker tables for large tournaments. They might be recycling their older tables out

In the city I live in there are party supply company's that supples tables, chairs, tents, etc. I got a wicked deal on foldable chairs from them, used for 3 bucks a chair. They sometimes will have tables for mock casino party setups too. Then you would just need to make a stencil and jiffy marker or spray paint your emblem on

Hey interactive poker, I saw you post in another thread and you had chips for sale and specified Canadian dollars. Where in Canada are you located? I'm in Calgary.

Wouldn't it be a wee bit expensive to ship a 10 man poker table if he is located in Florida though? Probably cost 5 times the price of the table for shipping alone! Ha!

I built my own poker table, there are some good sites around the web for instructions. I built two 10 person tables for $100. yeah canadian dollars heh heh. I even sold one of them.

Check out this site..... www.pimpmypoker.com.  You can also build a table for about $300-400 using the following website as a guide, http://www.homepokertourney.com/tables_build.htm.  I have built 3 of my own and they turned out great.    8)
