Title: Surppress status messages
Post by: beaker on March 29, 2011, 08:16:44 PM
Does anyone know if there is a way to suppress all status messages once an event message is triggered to display? Once the event message disappears the status messages would be re-enabled.

Thanks!
Beaker

Are you talking about the 'Countdown in Progress', 'Clock Paused', etc. status messages, or custom built status messages? cause if it's the countdown, clock paused messages, you can disable/enable them via preferences, but if it's custom messages set up via the events tab, then it'd be something entirely different, I would imagine.

But in either case, I don't believe it's possible to pause the display of status messages to be automatically be re-enabled after the event fires. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's possible at this time.

Not currently, but the next beta has an option to "suppress" status messages when other messages (from Events or displayed manually from the Controls tab) are displayed.
