Changing colors is pretty straightforward, but there are plenty of places it has to be changed.  It's a tad bit tedious.

The first place you should change the colors is in the Global Properties.  On the Layout tab, press the Global Properties button.  Then for each Global Property Set, click the Font in the Properties section and change the colors.  Then press OK.

Next you'll need to change the colors for any of the Cells that were not affected by the Global Properties.  Edit a cell by double-clicking it.  Then, for each Property Set, click the Font in the Properties section and change the colors.  Then press OK.  If the Use global property set checkbox is checked, then the Property Set is using a Global Property Set and it should already be updated by the previous step.

Once you're done with all Property Sets of all Cells, save the layout.
