Training newbies...
« on: September 26, 2006, 06:49:48 AM »
Hi There,

I'm about to go to a team building weekend and everyone knows about me playing poker and suggest that we use the "sleepover" night to learn and play some cheap poker tournaments.

Thats all good and fine, but how am i supposed to fairly learn my collegues af all the basic stuff without just by taking it as it comes.

Do you guys know of any good beginners guide out there with how to play this wonderfull game (basic Starting hands etc.)

Looking forward to hear your suggestions

This is a great site to learn how to run a home poker tourney and it also has lots of great links for how to play.  this is also the site where I found out about this great software.

Good luck!  And who knows after they learn how much fun it is to play, they may all want to start playing regularly.
