Help Me / please help asap

ok, i have a kick azz back ground, but when the seating cart comes up as well as the player ranking page, i get the little boxes that are coloured, i would like to keep the back ground and just have the text come up, please help, if you dont know what im taling about please add me to msn, gof28@hotmail.com and i will send u a copy
have tourny in about 5 hours!!!!!
