Title: Adding levels with 25 and 50 cent blinds

When I try to add levels at $0.25/$0.50 blind level, the software just rounds to $0/$0. I cannot find any preference either to update this, just curious as to how I would do this. I wouldn't think it couldn't be done.

Settings window -> Preferences tab -> Currency / Numbers category -> Use whole numbers for chip values.  Uncheck it.
