Help Me / Help on Tourneys i am going MAD!!!
« on: August 20, 2008, 06:51:10 PM »
Hi i need some help.
Whenever i run my tourneys specially large ones (40-50 players) it can get very complicated to run on the computer... you know bust out, re-buy and add-on and then bust out again. Specially if you don't have help.
So i was thinking that i can put numbers instead of players names so when ever i want to bust out it will be easier just to bust out any number instead of having to look for the name. What do you think?
Maybe something like this:
1.Give every player a piece of paper with the table and seat number.
2.Then input the number of players in the tourney (of course Corey would have to do this)
3.Just have 1 people to collect all money and give chips for re-buy's
4.Input the number of re-buy's and add-on's in the program. (Corey's work) This way you only do it one time
5.Finally to balance tables you just have to move the player that just have had the button from the table with most players and move him to the table with less players in the place where the button have just passed.
This way it would be a lot easier for me, because usually i am the director and i want to play. Otherwise it gets very intense. You know every body talking at the same time and players busting out from here and there.
What do you think?
Help Please
