Help using Add-Ons

Hello,
After a player buys in and receives chips, how do I use add-ons to give the player an additional chip?  I have defined the add on I just don't know how to credit the player when they get the chip.

From the Game window, press B to perform add-ons, G to undo add-ons.  You can change the key to use on the Hotkeys tab.  Press ? to show the hotkeys.

You can also perform add-ons by pressing the "Add-on" button on the Controls tab.  Additionally you can add buttons to the layout or dashboard to perform add-ons.
